Philly 15th endorses Christy Brady for City Controller. This office audits city departments and the School District of Philadelphia, investigates allegations of fraud within city agencies or their contractors, and determines if the city’s five-year financial plan is reasonable. They also serve on the Board of Pensions, Gas Commission and Sinking Fund Commission.

Brady has been in the Controller’s office since 1994 and is a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant). We believe she will do a good job fulfilling the duties of this office and think she is far and away the most qualified candidate running.
